Size guide for Rings
Finding your ring size can be straightforward using a ring size chart or a simple piece of string. Before shopping our rings, learn how to measure your ring size at home with these simple steps for a perfect fit:
- String Method: Take a piece of string or floss and wrap it around the base of your finger. Mark where it overlaps with a pen. Measure the length of the string with a ruler in millimeters. This measurement is your finger’s circumference. To find the diameter, divide this circumference by pi (approximately 3.14). Use a ring size chart to match your diameter with standard ring sizes.
- Using Rings You Have: Find a ring that fits well. Print out a true-to-size ring size chart and place your ring on the circles until you find a match for the inside circumference of your ring.
- Ring Sizer Tool: The most accurate method is using a ring-measurement tool, which can be purchased inexpensively online. These tools typically come in two types: a measuring tape or a key ring with various ring sizes. Simply loop the measuring tape around your finger or try on different ring sizes on the key ring until you find the right fit.
Remember, it’s important not to stretch the string or floss too tightly, as this can result in an incorrect measurement. Having an accurate ring size ensures your jewelry fits comfortably and securely.
